Velocity 321 Volleyball is a dedicated and forward-thinking club founded on a deep passion for the sport and a clear commitment to developing both athletes and individuals. Our mission is to provide a positive, structured, and inspiring environment where players can grow their skills on the court while gaining essential life values such as discipline, teamwork, and confidence. We believe volleyball should be both challenging and enjoyable, creating an experience that motivates athletes to reach their full potential.
Founded by Tom and Manda, Velocity 321 is built on the principles of excellence, integrity, and respect. Our program is designed to support athletes at every stage of their development, ensuring they feel encouraged, appropriately challenged, and prepared to compete. We focus on teaching the game with precision, fostering a genuine love for volleyball, and maintaining transparent, open communication with players and families. Through strong fundamentals, intentional team culture, and personalized coaching, we create an atmosphere where growth is continuous and success is shared.
